We are Appointed Representatives of Stewart Title and are able to provide an array of both standard and bespoke Title Insurance quotes.

In the event a risk is non-standard users can send automated requests through which then trigger an Underwriter to assess the risk, generate a quote, and then forward a draft policy for review.

The other alternative is that you pick up the phone, or email the indemnities team, and they'll deal with your requests. Some clients prefer to speak to our team and others use the system, the choice is yours. 

Courtesy of our API link with Stewart Title we can assist with generating;

• Multiple quotes

• Viewing sample insurance policies

• Placing orders

• Downloading policies

• Reviewing a list of your orders

• And then generating your invoice. 

As a general introduction, we can supply just under 100 differing types of policies, such as;

• Lack of Building Regulation Consent (inc. FENSA)

• No Local Search (Lender only)

• Freehold Restrictive Covenant (s)

• Chancel Repair (No Search)

• FENSA and other installation certificates for you

This is all part of expanding the range of services we provide to our clients and adding that extra benefit to our relationship with yourselves. Likewise if you use our Case Tracking system we can help you liaise with your introducers and provide them with an added benefit as well.
