Referral Fees for Estate Agents (if required)

We will contact prospects on your behalf and confirm the complete conveyancing quote. At the point the client instructs one of our panel solicitors we will pay your referral fee 48 hours later. There's no waiting for completion before you rerceive your referral fee. 

Additionally, the system will allow you to alter your referral fee per transaction. The maximum amount is £400 + VAT, at present.
