Conveyancing Searches Providers

On a daily basis we receive instructions to generate conveyancing searches through out England & Wales. As such we work with a number of small, medium, and large Solicitors and Licenced Conveyancing firms. We are also a Conveyancing Searches Provider for other search pack providers.

We've completed in excess of 200,000 property searches which have typically comprised of;

• Official Local Authority Searches
• Personal Searches
• Coal, Drainage, Environmental & Chancel Searches

As you would expect we're members of COPSO and carry £2million pounds of Indemnity insurance.

Our searches portal links to the data held by the Land Registry and you can outline the area you want searched or upload your own Plan. Additionally, the system offers a Recommended Conveyancing Searches report which will highlight any particular searches our IT mechanism feels might be relevant to that property.

Separately, Fee earners can also order Biometric ID checks and Indemnity Policies from within the platform. We generally send conveyancing cases to law firms good enough to send us conveyancing searches, too.
