Conveyancing Searches 

On a daily basis we receive instructions to generate property searches through out England & Wales. As such we work with a number of small, medium and large Solicitors and Licenced Conveyancing practices as well as providing Conveyancing Searches for other search pack providers.

We've completed in excess of 150,000 property searches which have typically comprised of;

• Official Local Authority Searches
• Personal Searches
• Coal, Drainage, Environmental & Chancel Searches.

As you would expect we're members of COPSO and carry £2million pounds of Indemnity insurance. The site will generate a Recommended Searches report and also offer you the latest onscreen Mapping features. Additionally we're working to link the site to our forthcoming Conveyancing Case Management package.

We'll offer the Case Management System for free to the Conveyancing firms we work with. ie. send us Search Instructions and we'll return the favour by providing the platform free of charge.

As an additional comment we generate Conveyancing Cases and Enquiries. If you were to work with us we would look to send Conveyancing matters in your direction to help strengthen the relationship. 

Finally, we've created an automated link to Stewart Title to provide Title Insurance policies and we're currently working on adding AML software to our suite of products.
